The PhD-level course Contestation of Global Governance (7.5 ECTS), offered by the Stockholm Graduate School on Global Governance and SCGG, is set to begin on February 3, 2025. Tailored for PhD students at Stockholm University, the course will be led by convenor Lisa Dellmuth, with contributions from lecturers Antoinette Scherz, Faradj Koliev, Jonas Tallberg, and Mark Klamberg.
"At the beginning of January 2025, the Swedish National Space Agency announced that my Career Grant project was selected for funding (5.45 million SEK). This grant will support my research activities here at Fysikum, focusing on cosmology linked to the European Space Agency's Euclid space telescope, which will be launched in July 2023," says Arthur Loureiro, researcher at the Oskar Klein Centre at Stockholm University.
The ORIGIN sounding rocket project studies a light phenomenon in the Earth´s middle atmosphere called “airglow” (dayglow during the day; nightglow at night). Between January 24 – February 3 and February 16 – March 4, two sounding rockets will be launched from Esrange Space Center in northern Sweden to investigate these emissions.
