Here you will find current opening hours for buildings, departments, service functions and lunch venues at Stockholm University.

The University switchboard is open on weekdays from 08.00 to 16.30.

Closed on public holidays

The University is closed and buildings are locked on public holidays in Sweden.

  • 3–6 April: Easter
  • 1 May: May Day
  • 14 May: Ascension Day
  • 24 May: Pentecost
  • 6 June: National Day of Sweden
  • 19–21 June: Midsummer
  • 31 October: All Saints’ Day
  • 24–26 December: Christmas
  • 31 December: New Year’s Eve
