Service Centers
Our service centers assist students, employees and visitors at the University with different facility issues. There are two service centers: one located in Campus Albano and one in the southern part of Campus Frescati.
Ordinary opening hours:
Applies to both service center Albano and Frescati.
- Monday to Wednesday: 08:00–16:00
- Thursday to Friday: 08:00–15:00
- Servicecenter is closed on public holidays
- In the case of unforeseen absence, opening hours may be subject to change at short notice, and deviations may occur. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Service Centre Albano:
- 26th April: Closed for lunch from 11.30 to 12.25
- 29th April: Closed
- 30th April: Open 08.00-12.00
- 3d May: Closed
- 6th May: Closed for lunch from 11.30 to 12.15
- 8th May: Closed for lunch from 11.30 to 12.15
- 10th May: Closed
- 16th May: Closed for lunch from 11.30 to 12.15
Service Centre Frescati:

- 30th April: Open 08.00-12.00

Welcome to our service centers to get help with:
- general information about the premises and locations
- booking of lecture halls, tables and exhibition areas
- audio/visual equipment for centrally managed teaching rooms
- error reporting regarding public premises and lecture halls

- lost-and-found property
- manage pick-up and returning of access cards
- manage pick-up and returning of keys (Note! only possible in Service center Frescati Södra)

Housing Office Drop-in
International students, researchers and doctoral students are welcome to drop-in meetings for any questions/concerns regarding accommodation provided by Housing Office at Stockholm university.
