The Service Centre supports students, staff and visitors with questions related to facilities, services and access on campus.

You are always welcome to contact us or visit in person.
We are located on both Albano and Frescati campuses.

Get help at the Service Centre

  • Find your way around campus.
  • Book rooms, tables and exhibition areas.
  • Report faults in shared or teaching spaces.
  • Hand in or collect lost property.
  • Pick up or return access cards.
  • Collect or return keys (Frescati only).

Opening hours

Monday–wednesday: 08:00–16:00
Thursday: 08:00–15:00
Friday: 08:00–16:00
Closed on public holidays.

Opening hours may change at short notice due to unforeseen staff absence. We apologise for any inconvenience.
