Service Centers

Our service centers assist students, employees and visitors at the University with different facility issues. There are three service centers: one located in Campus Albano and one in the southern as well as the northern part of Campus Frescati.

Following days the service centers (SC) have changed opening hours or are closed during the spring term 2022:

  • Wednesday 25 May – last day the SC Frescati Norra is open: 08:00-12:00 – then closes permanently
  • Thursday 26 May - all service centers are closed
  • Friday 27 May - all service centers are closed
  • Wednesday 8 June - all service centers close at 12:00
  • Friday 10 June - SC Albano closes earlier, open: 09:00-12:00 (SC Frescati regular opening hours)
  • Wednesday 15 June - all service centers close at 14:00
  • Friday 17 June - SC Albano closes earlier, open: 08:00-12:00 (SC Frescati regular opening hours)

Campus Albano, House 2, floor 4 (Albanovägen 18)

Opening hours during summer:

  • Friday 1 July open: 09:00–15:00
  • CLOSED between 4–31 July
  • OPEN during 1–21 August: 09:00–12:00

From Monday the 22 of August we go back to ordinary opening hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:00–16:00
  • Fridays: 08:00–15:00
 

Campus Frescati (Södra huset), House D, floor 4 (next to the Stockholm University library)

Opening hours during summer

  • OPEN during 1–31 July: 09:00–15:00

From Monday the 1 of August we go back to ordinary opening hours:

  • Monday to Thursday: 08:00–16:00
  • Fridays: 08:00–15:00
 

Campus Frescati (Arrheniuslaboratories), Svante Arrhenius väg 16C, floor 3

Opening hours

  • Monday–Friday: 08:00–12:00

Note! Wednesday 25 May is the last day that Servicecenter Frescati Norra is open: 08:00-12:00 – then closes permanently.

  • booking of lecture halls, tables and exhibition areas
  • audio/visual equipment for centrally managed teaching rooms
  • error reporting
  • sales of profile products
  • lost-and-found property
  • manage pick-up and returning of access cards 
  • manage pick-up and returning of keys (Note! only possible in Service center Frescati Södra)
