Service Centres

At the Service Centre, students, staff and visitors can get help with questions about premises, access cards, keys, lost property and other services on campus.

Opening hours

Monday–wednesday: 08:00–16:00
Thursday: 08:00–15:00
Friday: 08:00–16:00
Closed on Public Holidays.

Opening hours may change at short notice in case of unforeseen absence.

What you can get help with

Finding rooms on campus
Booking rooms, tables or exhibition areas
Reporting faults in shared spaces or lecture rooms
Handing in or collecting lost property
Collecting or returning access cards
Collecting or returning keys (only at Frescati)
