The Service Centre supports students, staff and visitors with questions related to facilities, services and access on campus.

On this page you will find opening hours, visiting addresses and contact details for the Service Centre. You can also see what kinds of matters you can get help with.

Opening hours

  • Monday–wednesday: 08:00–16:00
  • Thursday: 08:00–15:00
  • Friday: 08:00–16:00
  • Closed on Public Holidays

Please note that opening hours may change at short notice in case of unforeseen absence.

Special opening hours

Frescati Service Centre

  • 22–23 December: open 09:00–15:00, closed for lunch 11:30–12:15
  • 24–26 December: closed
  • 29–30 December: open 09:00–15:00, closed for lunch 11:30–12:15
  • 31 December–6 January: closed

Albano Service Centre

  • 22–23 December: open 09:00–15:00, closed for lunch 11:30–12:15
  • 24 December–6 January: closed
  • 7–9 January: closed for lunch 11:30–12:15

What you can get help with

  • Finding rooms on campus
  • Booking rooms, tables or exhibition areas
  • Reporting faults in shared spaces or lecture rooms
  • Handing in or collecting lost property
  • Collecting or returning access cards
  • Collecting or returning keys (only at Frescati)
