Since 18 March 2020 much of Stockholm University’s teaching and examinations has been conducted digitally. During autumn 2020 some instruction has taken place on campus. From 24 November 2020 the following applies: no hall-based exams shall be conducted, though on-site exams may be carried out for smaller groups. Teaching and exams on campus shall be limited to a maximum of eight students. Furthermore, the Library Director has been assigned the task of continuously evaluating the current situation and, if necessary, implementing further measures to ensure a safe working environment for staff and students at Stockholm University Library.

Detailed planning for instruction in spring 2021 has been done by the departments. Planning for the first half of the spring term has been communicated to the students via the department’s website.

Covid-19 will continue to have a major impact on the university’s activities during 2021. Teaching and examination will therefore need to be carried out digitally throughout the spring term as a rule. Everyone on campus must help to reduce the spread of infection in accordance with the authorities’ recommendations and rules.
