Accommodation

The building has both private apartments, allowed for double occupancy, and apartments for shared living, allowed for single occupancy. The shared apartment has four bedrooms, a shared kitchen, a dining room, and two bathrooms. The apartments vary in size and number of rooms. The larger apartments have a double bed. Hovbeslag, was built in 1911 and it has been carefully renovated to preserve the historical interior architecture and is classified by the state as having high cultural value. In order to preserve the building, specific rules specified in the rental contract are required to be accepted by the tenant.

Monthly rent:

• Room in a shared apartment is SEK 4 600–7 000 
• Studio is SEK 6,100–7,800 
• Large studio is SEK 11,621 
• One-bedroom apartment with separate kitchen is SEK 11,400–14,800
• Two-bedroom apartment with separate kitchen is SEK 15,700–17,300

All apartments are furnished with a bed, table chairs, and wardrobe. Furnishings vary between apartments depending on the size. Please note that you need to bring your own quilt, pillow, sheets, towels, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, stove and oven, dinnerware, cooking utensils.

Location

A ten-minute walk to Stockholm University Campus Frescati, Campus Albano, and subway station Universitetet. A five-minute ride with the subways red line to the city center. 

Internet

Wi-Fi is included in all apartments. Each apartment has a router with information about the name of the network and the password. Internet support phone: (Telenor) 020-222 222. 

Laundry 

The laundry room on the entrance floor is open between 07:00 and 22:00 and will automatically be locked between 22.30 and 07.00. Use the small cylinder key to book a laundry slot on the booking board outside of the laundry room.

Parking

Parking is available in the area. General information about parking: staff parking and Aimopark. Bikes may be parked in designated area.

Postbox 

A postbox, tagged with the tenant's name, is located on the entrance floor of the building. Tenants sharing apartment will also share postbox.

Recycling 

Recycling items can be placed in the garbage room located at entrance 8C.

Make sure you follow the general rules of recycling.
