Konsulentvillan

Konsulentvillan dates back to the 1920s and is considered a building of high cultural value. To help preserve its historic interior architecture, tenants are required to follow specific rules outlined in the rental agreement.

Campus Albano is a ten-minute walk away. Alternatively, bus 50 runs one stop to Albano from Universitetet station. The red line of the underground takes you to the city centre in just five minutes.

Accommodation details

Konsulentvillan has five private bedrooms, a shared kitchen and dining room, two shared bathrooms, and a laundry room. The accommodation is for single occupancy. All rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. The larger rooms have an armchair.

You need to bring or purchase your own duvet, pillow, bed linen, towels, and cleaning supplies.

A luggage room is available in the basement.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave, dinnerware, and cooking utensils. Tenants will have their own kitchen cupboard and refrigerator/freezer shelf.

Konsulentvillan is equipped with essential facilities such as internet, laundry, parking, postboxes, and recycling, making it convenient for daily living.

Wi-Fi

All rooms have access to Wi-Fi through the university network Eduroam.

Laundry

Laundry room in the basement. Laundry room rules and booking sheet is available in a binder in the room. The main door to the laundry room is open at all times. The door by the stairs in the laundry room is for emergency exit only. This door cannot be accessed from the outside and should never be propped open. The light switch for the laundry room is located at the top of the stairs.

Postbox

Recycling

Recycling facilities are found at Svante Arrhenius väg 21C.
