Trädgårdsvillan is located in Frescati Hage, within the Royal National City Park, a peaceful and scenic area near Lake Brunnsviken, known for its natural surroundings and academic heritage. It is just a five-minute walk from both Campus Frescati and Campus Albano.

Trädgårdsvillan is a large, historic house that has been carefully renovated to preserve its original interior architecture. It is officially classified as a building of high cultural value.

The rooms are rented to international researchers and doctoral students. To help protect the property, tenants are required to accept specific rules outlined in the rental agreement.

Accommodation details

The accommodation is for single occupancy and consists of six private bedrooms, a shared kitchen, and three shared bathrooms—one of which includes a washing machine and dryer. Residents also have access to a library-style sitting area and an outdoor terrace.

All rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair. The larger rooms feature an armchair.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and microwave, as well as dinnerware and cooking utensils. Each resident has their own refrigerator shelf, freezer compartment, and kitchen cupboard.

You need to bring or purchase your own duvet, pillow, bed linen, towels, and cleaning supplies.
