Location: Arlanda & Frescati

The Arrival Service is the first event of the Welcome Activities and is open to all new international students and exchange students at Stockholm University. Student ambassadors and university staff will welcome you and help you settle into your new life in Stockholm and Sweden

Buses leave from Stockholm Arlanda Airport to Frescati campus every hour starting at 10 am. The last bus will leave the airport at 7 pm.

At Arlanda Airport, we will meet you at terminal 5 and 2.

At Frescati campus, you will be able to:

Pick up the key to your accommodation, if you have received housing through the university.
Visit Infocenter and receive your one time code, which is needed in order to activate your university account. Infocenter will be open between 10 am and 7 pm.
Become a member of the student union.
Receive help with signing your Certificate of Arrival (for exchange students within the Erasmus programme).

There will be refreshments such as sandwiches and Swedish fika on campus.

No registration needed.
