Increase your resilience to stress - three part workshop

Would you like to cope better with stress and meet life in a different way? Join our workshop series during three Thursdays at KTH, starting 18 April.

You participate in all three workshops and will learn useful stress reducing tools and approaches from a method called ACT (Acceptment and Commitment Training). 

We will explore central topics on how to cope with stress and you will learn new tools through: mindfulness, short films and guided exercises. 

The workshop includes topics and questions like: 

  • What is stress?
  • How to handle difficult emotions?
  • How to live more according to your values?
  • How to relate to stress in a more healthy and sustainable way?
  • What steps can I take towards the life I want to live?

Time: 15-16:45 

Dates and facilities: 18 April (D32), 25 April (D42) and 2 May (D42).
