Would you like to cope better with stress and meet life in a different way? Join our workshop series during three Thursdays at KTH, starting 18 April.
You participate in all three workshops and will learn useful stress reducing tools and approaches from a method called ACT (Acceptment and Commitment Training).
We will explore central topics on how to cope with stress and you will learn new tools through: mindfulness, short films and guided exercises.
The workshop includes topics and questions like:
- What is stress?
- How to handle difficult emotions?
- How to live more according to your values?
- How to relate to stress in a more healthy and sustainable way?
- What steps can I take towards the life I want to live?
Time: 15-16:45
