Our courses cover all areas of astronomy, from the solar system to distant galaxies and the evolution of the universe. The Department of Astronomy offers studies at all levels, from introductory courses with no prior knowledge of mathematics or physics required to doctoral studies

Student Office
At the student office, you can get information and assistance with matters related to your studies at the Department of Astronomy. This includes questions about examinations, re‑registration for a course, study certificates and registration transcripts, as well as picking up access cards and much more.

Academic Advisor, undergraduate level
The Academic Advisor provides guidance on admission procedures, degree requirements, and course selection. Support with individualized study plans is offered to students who have fallen behind. The advisor may also be consulted regarding career prospects.
