Research at the Department of Chemistry focuses on creating sustainable solutions to global challenges in energy, the environment, and health. We develop new materials through green synthesis and sustainable processes, while advancing cutting-edge methods for chemical analysis and structural characterisation, including analytical chemistry tools, electron crystallography, various spectroscopic techniques, and multiscale modelling.
