The Department of Criminology conducts outstanding research in the core area of criminology.
Criminology is a social science field, and the Department of Criminology at Stockholm University conducts research across a wide range of areas — including crime trends, criminal and drug policy, youth offending, corporate crime, recidivism and desistance, crime prevention measures, and studies on victimisation and fear of crime.
