Collaboration

We collaborate with a number of internal and external partners.

The Department of Linguistics wants to contribute to the development of an international research and education environment in Stockholm. We collaborate with institutions included in the University Alliance Stockholm Trio and several other partners.

Together with Karolinska Institutet, we offer research courses in experimental design and analysis of fMRI data. The courses are given at our Stockholm University Brain Imaging Centre (SUBIC).

On behalf of Karolinska Institutet, we also run courses within the Speech and Language Pathology Programme, Logopedprogrammet.

Logopedprogrammet

We have a long-standing collaboration with The National Agency for Special Needs Education and Schools. We provide the Agency’s staff with sign language training and develop tests to assess sign language skills.

The National Agency for Special Needs Education and Schools, SPSM

We collaborate with the Institute of Interpreters and Translators (TÖI) at Stockholm University and train sign language interpreters on the Bachelor's programme in sign language and interpretation.
