Application of Graph Theory and Deep Learning to Brain Connectivity (1/3)
At this workshop we will introduce you to novel brain connectivity tools based on graph theory, dynamic connectivity and deep learning and show you how you can use them to extract more information from your structural MRI (T1-weighted or DWI), functional MRI (resting-state or task-based) and PET data.
