DokFest 2024: PhD Student Festival

The Ph.D. students at the Department of Linguistics warmly invite you to DokFest, where Ph.D. students within the language and cognitive sciences present their ongoing work.

We have planned out a fun day that starts off with presentations and ends with dinner and festivities. Participation is free of charge. Ph.D. students in linguistics and related fields from other departments or universities are more than welcome to attend and can indicate whether or not they would prefer to present a poster with their own research when they register.

Programme and registration

13:00 – 16:15	PhD students at the dept. presents their projects (C307, Södra huset)
16:15 – 17:00	Poster and mingle session in the C corridor, Frescati Södra huset
17:00 – 18:00	Dinner
18:00 –	Quiz and festivities

Registration will be open until Friday, April 5th, at 23:59. Presenters need to submit an abstract upon attending, as we’re putting together a book of abstracts. If you are planning to present, please send in your abstract to christoffer.forbes.schieche@ling.su.se by April 15th, at 23:59.
