Organisation
The Department of Meteorology at Stockholm University is led by a board chaired by the Head of Department, who has the overall responsibility for the department's activities. The department also has a management team, the Department Head Council.

The Department Board has overall responsibility and is the highest decision-making body at the Department of Meteorology (MISU).
Department Head Council
The Department Head Council at the Department of Meteorology (MISU) acts as an advisory body to the Head of Department.
The Head of Department Council consists of the Head of Department, Deputy Head of Department, Administrative Manager, Director of Studies for undergraduate and advanced level education, and Head of Subject for PhD programme.
