Work environment at Fysikum
Work environment means everything that people are affected by in their work, such as work organization, premises, furnishings, equipment, working methods and the collaborations and human contacts that the work provides. Creating a good work environment is both a common concern and an obligation for the management, employees and students at Fysikum to safeguard together.
The local systematic work environment management shall aim to prevent ill health and accidents and to achieve a good working and study environment, in accordance with current legislation and the Work Environment and Equal Opportunities Policy decided by the Vice-Chancellor. The annually revised Work Environment Plan describes how work environment management is conducted at Fysikum. An action plan for the work environment is drawn up annually.
If you have suggestions for measures etc. that could be included in the action plan for the following year, please contact the chairman of the work environment committee (Per-Erik Tegnér, tegner@fysik.su.se), no later than November.
