Budget Committee

The Budget Committee prepares matters related to the budget for the Fysikum Board (FS), and is responsible for ensuring that FS decisions on budgetary matters are followed.

The Board of Directors of Fysikum (FS) decides on the mission and composition of the Committee. The FS determines the members of the Committee every three years, in connection with the new term of office of the Board. Any changes during the term of office are decided by the prefect.
Representatives of the Directors of Studies and Research Departments are appointed following nominations from their respective groups. Student representatives are appointed by the Student Union.
Changes of members are communicated to the Head of Department with a copy to the Administrative Coordinator.
