The remit of the Committee on Postgraduate Education covers the licentiate and doctoral degrees awarded by the Department. In its work, the Committee shall take into account the needs of research, undergraduate education and other activities of the institution.

Minutes for the Committee for Postgraduate Education

The remit of the Committee on Postgraduate Education covers the licentiate and doctoral degrees awarded by the Department. In its work, the Committee shall take into account the needs of research, undergraduate education and other activities of the institution.

  • Ensure that individual study plans are drawn up and updated and that each doctoral student has a mentor
  • Ensure that the progress of doctoral students is monitored annually
  • Submitting to the FS proposals for general study plans for doctoral studies
  • Propose syllabi for compulsory postgraduate courses.
  • Decide on curricula for non-compulsory postgraduate courses.
  • To deal with questions concerning courses in doctoral education.
  • Proposing appropriations for postgraduate education
  • To consider the allocation of doctoral places and the filling of doctoral posts in accordance with the regulation in force and the guidelines laid down by the FS
