• To update, prepare and work on issues relating to gender equality, equal opportunities, accessibility, widening recruitment, harassment and discriminatory treatment.
• Prepare the update of the Physics equal opportunities plan.
• Monitor compliance with the equal opportunities plan.
• To consult with the Health and Safety Committee on issues relating to the physical and psychosocial working environment.
