Routines for extended absence of main supervisor(more than 6 months)

If a main supervisor plans to be on extended full-time leave (e.g. sabbatical or parental leave), the supervisor should inform the Director of study and the Subject representative in due time (at least 3 months in advance), and present a detailed plan for complementary supervision during the period of leave. The affected PhD student(s) should be involved in the making of the plan, and if desired by either party, the Director of study and the Subject representative can be involved in the discussions.
