Happy Ascension Day!
On Ascension Day, Thursday 14 May, all staff members at the department will have the day off. On Friday 15 May, which is a a so called bridge day, the entire administration (T/A), including Study counsellors and Course administrators, will have the day off.

- Access card with a code is required from both the stairwells and the elevators to enter the department when it is not open.
- The opening hours apply when you come from the Northern stairwell (towards the University Library) and the elevators. From the Southern stairwell (towards the parking lot) the doors are always locked, and you must use a pass with a code. We do not open "when you knock".

Parking: cars, motorcycles, bikes
There is/are:
- an Auto Park ("Södra parkeringen") close to Building D and Södra huset
- a parking fee
- a charging station
- bike racks and and motorcycle parking right by building D.
Public transports and travel information
To Stockholm University and our department, you can take the metro ("tunnelbana"), train Roslagsbanan or bus, with a 5–10 minutes walk on Campus.
Accessibility
There is an Accessibility entrance on floor 2 in all the buildings A–F, facing the Auto Park (Swedish name: Södra parkeringen), elevators, several stairs and stairwells in the building leading to the department. Please see below.
