The 13th Nordic Seminar for interpreter teachers 2024: Interpreting in the Nordic countries

The Swedish Institute for Interpreting and Translation Studies at Stockholm University (TÖI) is hosting the 13th Nordic Seminar for interpreter teachers on 10–11 December in Stockholm. The conference theme is "Interpreting in the Nordic countries: working and teaching in the new technology era".

We aim to spend two fruitful days discussing the opportunities and challenges of this theme.

As previous years, we aim for a single stream of presentations from a variety of fields.
The language of the seminar will be English.

Bus no 50 from metro / commuter train station Odenplan (towards "Universitetet") to bus stop Albano. From the bus you will see the new campus Albano on the right side, same as the bus stop. Walk to the campus and look for house 1 ("Hus 1"): it’s the house closest to the city / farthest to the right seen from the bus stop (farthest to the left on the map below).
