Postdoctoral researcher in coastal ecology

We are hiring a postdoctoral researcher for a project that aims to quantitatively explore temporal and spatial connections and disconnections between open sea conditions and coastal vegetation habitats, using existing observed and modelled datasets on different temporal and spatial scales.

Research technician in instrumentation, marine measurement technology, and sensor systems

The Baltic Sea Centre manages an extensive portfolio of scientific instruments that require continuous supervision, maintenance, and development. These instruments are used in research projects and include both portable field equipment and permanently installed systems, such as mass spectrometers as well as oceanographic and geophysical measurement systems. We are now looking for a research technician who will be responsible for the development and operation of various scientific instruments in our laboratories located at the Askö Laboratory, as well as at the research vessel R/V Electra.
