Here you can find information about the opening hours of Stockholm University Library at the Frescati campus.
Our opening hours are affected by public holidays, so stay updated here on our website and on our social media platforms.
Summer opening hours
National Day, Saturday 6 June CLOSED
8 June – 23 August
Monday–Friday 8.00 –15.00
Saturday–Sunday CLOSED
Midsummer’s Eve, Friday 19 June CLOSED
The information points are staffed every weekday from 10.00–15.00
Telephone service closed during the summer.
Normal opening hours from 24 August
Regular opening hours
Monday - Thursday 8.00 - 21.30
Friday 8.00 - 18.00
Saturday - Sunday 9.00 - 17.00
Get help from our staff
The information points at the library are staffed from 9.00 until closing during term time. During weekdays you can also use our chat.
During the summer, the information points are staffed from 10.00
The chat is closed until the 24 August, but you can contact us by email throughout the summer, biblioteket@su.se
Department Libraries
For information on the opening hours at the Mathematics Library and the NILAS Library please consult the website of the respective department.
The JMK Library is permanently closed. Students, teachers and other staff are referred to Stockholm University Library Frescati.
