Welcome activities

Stockholm University organises a series of welcome activities that stretch over a few weeks at the beginning of each semester.

Due to the uncertainty about the development of the coronavirus pandemic, we primarily plan for a digital programme. This page will be updated as soon as there are changes or additions.

An introduction to university life

The activities are designed to assist you as a new student and introduce you to university life in Stockholm and Sweden.

The programme is voluntary (attendance is optional) and includes several activities, such as Arrival Service at the airport and an Virtual Welcome Fair where you get to meet and interact with more than 10 different organizations within Stockholm University.
