Are you feeling tired? Do you have problems getting enough sleep? Do you want to know how you can change your sleeping habits easily? Welcome to a workshop on sleep!
Circumstances can now and then lead to stress, worries or difficulties slowing down, which sometimes disturbs your sleep. As a consequence your mood and concentration may be affected. If you start worrying about not sleeping enough it can lead to more stress. Do you recognise this, or do you have other thoughts or questions about your sleep? Welcome to a workshop organised by Stockholm Student Health Services where we provide tools for better sleep!
No registration is required to participate. Welcome!
