Reply to your admission notification

Second admission round

If you have been admitted/conditionally admitted or received a reserve place, you must accept by 2026-07-20 to keep your place.

First admission round - Master's programme in Environmental Science

To confirm that you wish to keep your place, send an email to admission@aces.su.se by April 30, 2026.

Admitted students

Register online at Ladok for students. Registration opens on August 17, but check the last registration day for each course in Ladok. If you have not studied at Stockholm University before, you need to activate your university account first.

Conditionally admitted students

If you have been conditionally admitted, you must be able to prove your eligibility for the program by the start of your studies. Upload documents confirming your eligibility on Universityadmissions.se and contact studeranu@aces.su.se for further guidance. If your previous studies are from a Swedish university and your new results are automatically updated on Universityadmissions.se, you do not need to upload any documents to your page. In that case, you just need to let us know that your new results have been registered.

Decline your offer

If you decide not to participate in the programme, please decline your offer as soon as possible. Then another applicant can get your place. If you have not yet registered, you can decline your offer on your pages on Universityadmissions.se. If you have registered but would like to decline it, you should unregister via Ladok for students and contact studeranu@aces.su.se.

Reserve placed

As soon as any offered places are declined, additional applicants will be admitted through Universityadmissions.se. By the beginning of the autumn semester at the latest, we will know the final number of places we can offer to applicants on the waiting list. If you are then offered a place, we will contact you by email to confirm your continued interest.
