Programming for biologists

Life is a world of data. Every biological process is underpinned by the exchange of vast amounts of information. In this course, you will learn how to process and interpret such data to solve real biological problems and uncover insights far beyond what the human mind alone can achieve.

  • Writing scripts in Bash and Python
  • Handling and analysing large datasets
  • Using AI tools effectively to accelerate programming

This course equips you with the foundations to integrate programming and AI-aid into your own biological research, making data an ally in discovery.
