Basic Course in Commercial Law: Law of Business Association
The course Law of Business Association deals with issues concerning associations (companies and associations), their formation, legal capacity, governance and liquidation. The emphasis is on central parts of company law from a Swedish and international perspective, but other company law and association law are also included.
