Mergers and Aquisitions in Theory and Practice
The course Mergers and Aquisitions in Theory and Practice is a multidisciplinary project course aimed at business and law students. The course is based on a larger practical case, a so-called case that includes most of the aspects that are actualized in a major business transfer.
