Project Methodology and Leadership
The course covers project models, the relationship between the development model and the project management model, agile projects and various other methodologies used in project management.
In addition, a central part of the course covers leadership. Throughout the course the methodologies are discussed interchangeably.

Internet based distance learning.
Assessment
The course is examined as follows:
- take-home examination
- written assignments
Examiner
The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course.
We do not recommend print-outs as changes can occur. At the start of the course,
your department will advise where you can find your schedule during the course.
This course does not have a timetable.
Note that the course literature can be changed up to two months before the start of the course.
