International and European Migration Law

International and European Migration Law is given as an elective course within the framework of the summer programme at the Department of Law, Stockholm University. Read more about the Summer Programme at SULaw on the following page:
After the course, students are expected to be able to develop a capacity to balance the several human rights and public interests concerned in all cases of migration, as well as reflect on the solutions for future migratory movements.

Teaching Format
Instruction comprises 2 weeks of full-time studies and consists of lectures and seminars. During seminars, students will critically discuss course materials and / or answer problem questions.
Assessment
Examination is conducted through active participation at all teaching, and a 5-10 pages essay. See syllabus for details.
