International Legal English – Company Law is given as an elective course within the framework of the summer programme at the Department of Law, Stockholm University. Read more about the Summer Programme at SULaw on the following page:

After the course, students are expected to be able to evaluate possible terminological equivalents in two different legal systems, as well as compare legal regulations and features of business entities in different legal systems.

Syllabus - International Legal English – Company Law


Teaching Format

Instruction comprises 2 weeks of full-time studies and consists of lectures and seminars.


Assessment

Examination is conducted through active participation at all teaching and an oral presentation.


The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course. We do not recommend print-outs as changes can occur. At the start of the course, your department will advise where you can find your schedule during the course.


Note that the course literature can be changed up to two months before the start of the course.
