After the course, students will be able to analyze and evaluate solutions to various problem scenarios in sports-related disputes using legal concepts.

Syllabus - Sports Arbitration


Instruction comprises 2 weeks of full-time studies and consists of lectures and seminars.


Examination is conducted through active attendance at all teaching and a written examination take-home exam.


The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course. We do not recommend print-outs as changes can occur. At the start of the course, your department will advise where you can find your schedule during the course.


Note that the course literature can be changed up to two months before the start of the course.
