Specialized Course: Criminal Law Sanctions and Sentencing
Criminal Law Sanctions and Sentencing focuses on the current rules governing sentencing within criminal law. It includes, for example, sentencing practices for specific categories of offenders, such as individuals with mental disorders or young offenders.
