Swedish Law in Context

The course Swedish Law in Context provides an overview of Swedish law from an European, international and comparative legal perspective. The course addresses the Swedish legal fields of constitutional law, procedural law, criminal law, family law, real estate law, labour and employment law, as well as commercial law.

Teaching Format

The course is 10 weeks long. Instruction is given in the form of seminars, lectures and study visits.


Assessment

Examination is conducted through a written exam.

The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course. We do not recommend print-outs as changes can occur. At the start of the course, your department will advise where you can find your schedule during the course.


Note that the course literature can be changed up to two months before the start of the course.
