Cross-cutting Issues in Environmental Law

The course Cross-cutting Issues in Environmental Law covers, at an advanced level, four themes where environmental law is integrated with or challenged by other legal issues.

The course Cross-cutting Issues in Environmental Law is given within the framework of the Master of Laws in Environmental Law at the Department of Law, Stockholm University.

Teaching Format

Instruction consists of lectures, seminars and a procedural game. Participation in seminars and the procedural game is mandatory. The language of instruction is English. 


Assessment

The course is examined through active attendance at the seminars, the writing and oral presentation of an essay and by participation in the procedural game.
