Open and Big Data Management

The course describes challenges and opportunities for the public sector related to open and big data.

The course also describes methods and models for open and big data management. The students will carry out assignments by analysing data.



Teaching Format

Internet based distance learning.


Assessment

The course is examined through:

  • individual knowledge test that consists partly of a series of subtests and partly of a series of seminars that are carried out throughout the duration of the course
  • remote written exams

Examiner


The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course. We do not recommend print-outs as changes can occur. At the start of the course, your department will advise where you can find your schedule during the course.
Note that the course literature can be changed up to two months before the start of the course.
