Service Design and IT Architecture
The course will present theories of service society, service orientation and software service design.
We will discuss methods, tools and platforms for software service design. Further, the course will present use of concepts such as resource, capability and service to analyse the activities of an organization. We will also look at business models as a basis for designing services and IT systems and IT architecture for software service design.
Teaching Format
The teaching activities consist of lectures, seminars and tutoring.
The language of instruction is English.
Assessment
The course is examined through an on-campus written exam and assignments.
Examiner
The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course.
