Organization, Leadership and Change Management

This course focuses on several theories for analysing leadership and different situations of change in organisations and companies.

We discuss leadership models used in projects and look at research with focus on organisations and leadership. We analyse different models and provide an introduction to decision theory and ethics. Furthermore, the course also addresses modern challenges in society that lead to changes in organisations, such as SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) and gender equality. We also look at connections between organisational development and leadership.
