Bachelor´s Programme in Atmospheric Sciences, Oceanography and Climate Physics
You will use mathematics and physics to describe the processes that govern the weather and the Earth's climate. A meteorologist studies the atmosphere by using computer models and advanced measuring techniques.
Meteorology is a broad subject including both physical and chemical processes in the atmosphere. The programme offers a comprehensive education in the subject, mostly based on physics but also including atmospheric chemistry and oceanography. Meteorologists can work with for example daily weather forecasts or with the future climate of the Earth.
