Multidisciplinary Master´s Thesis in Demography
Within the framework of the thesis course, you will independently investigate and analyze a research question of demographic relevance that you choose yourself.
Teaching Format
Teaching is provided via an introductory seminar, thesis supervision, mid-term seminar and a thesis seminar.
Assessment
The thesis is presented at a public seminar by the author and critically reviewed by an examiner. All students are expected to participate at three thesis seminars as well as to provide a thorough discussion ofanother student’s thesis at one seminar. Ordinary time-slots for thesis seminars are: May- June, August-September, December-January.
