The Swedish model

The course gives an overview of the Swedish welfare state and the role and the organization of social work in Sweden. The course introduces the Swedish welfare state and its historical development, as well as the structure, the organization and current challenges of the Swedish welfare state.

The course is read together with students participating in SUE130 (bachelor level) and SU8350 (master level).

Examination consists mandatory seminars and a written exam. See the course descriptions for detailed examination information.
