Childhood, parenting and preschool


The course deals with cultural, historical and contemporary perspectives on children, childhood, parenting and preschool as a socializing social institution.

In particular, the course deepens knowledge about relationships in preschool at the intersection between the public and private spheres, the preschool's democratic mission, civic education and children's rights. In the course, students are expected to develop an in-depth ability to critically examine and discuss their substantiated conclusions in speech and writing.







The schedule will be available no later than one month before the start of the course. We do not recommend print-outs as changes can occur. At the start of the course, your department will advise where you can find your schedule during the course.


Note that the course literature can be changed up to two months before the start of the course.
